MTG Lorwyn Eclipsed has two precon Commander decks to choose from, with each representing a side of the classic dual-aspect plane, Lorwyn-Shadowmoor
Im excluding threaten effects that steal creatures but return them at the end of the turn, or theft cards that let you cast your opponent's spells
You could drop your opponents hand (lets say he/she took a prize last turn and has a decent-sized hand, likely to have what they needs for next turn) to only 4 cards by using N, but that leaves yourself with only 4 cards-worth of refresh
Kogla is in my opinion one of the strongest standalone Green cards printed in the last year, killing a creature and then going to town on artifacts/enchantments, but it's even better in this deck since all Werewolves are also Humans on the front side, so you can use Kogla to save them from removal or give itself indestructible
PLANECHASE 2012 Eight oversized plane cards and two Phenomenon cards were included in the 4 theme decks
Planeswalkers next showed up in Shards of Alara
