But it's hard to imagine playing Cathartic Reunion outside of those decks

The Zendikar Expeditions allowed us to have them appear in boosters even if the cards weren't technically part of the set

Alternatively, you could spring for one of the two starter decks for this set: either the Amber/Ruby deck with Jim Hawkins and Tigger, or the Emerald/Sapphire deck starring Go Go Tomago and Gadget Hackwrench

The best target, however, will almost always be Merlin, Goat, who truly seems to be the G.O.A.T
