But really its own thing with its own origin story, cult following and a bit of a cultural phenomenon. First launched in 1990 by Swiss brand Exaequo, it was a nod to the soft melting clocks in Salvador Dalis paintings. As the iterations progressed, the brand got bolder and printed Dalis signature on the dial, which was both the companys downfall and the one move that inadvertently
