Personally, I think the promo is worth getting but just keep in mind that this is a variation on an existing card rather than something fully new.
Its not clear why this card was targeted (or why now), but it may have been related to the Marnies Morpeko promo card that was released with the Marnie Rival Battle Deck back on May 16, which is also numbered 206 and briefly reached just under $50 in early September
That said, it could still easily find a good home if the meta in Pioneer or even Modern shifts in the right way
