Ideally, youll play this and win on the same turn using some sort of Dramatic Reversal, Isochron Scepter, Prodigal Sorcerer combo
That said, theres a huge risk of getting nothing good
There are several other spells that do something similar, namely: Circuitous Route Vastwood Surge Ranger's Path Migration Path
Suspend interacts nicely with some things like cascade and prowess but it is gruesome to have it Remanded
